Eclipse Technology Solutions, Inc. is fully dedicated to the needs and concerns

All of our account representatives are certified Eclipse Project Experts. Customers can always
contact account representatives for support issues by either phone or e-mail. If

Training
We want to ensure that customers get the most of out Eclipse Project.
Even though the product is very easy to use, we offer a free training session
to all of our customers to make sure they hit the ground running. Training can
be conducted over the Internet or on-site* at the discretion of the customer.
Training sessions are always conducted by a certified Eclipse Project Expert.
* - For on-site trainings, the customer is responsible for the travel
expenses of the certified Eclipse Project Expert.
Custom Development
Eclipse Project is very flexible and has many built-in customization
features which allow organizations to make changes and updates on-the-fly with
no additional programming required. However, we realize that some organizations
may have situations that require modifications to perfect Eclipse Project for
their unique environment. In these cases, we offer custom development services.
Our developers have experience working in a team
environment and will work closely with you to ensure that we tailor the system

Referral Program
In an effort to reward our customers' efforts in promoting Eclipse Project, we
have created a Customer Referral Program. All Eclipse Project customers
have the opportunity to participate in the program. Customers can
earn a 5-25% commission on all referrals that
